Part Time Help Wanted - Work From HOME!!!
You can make up to $50 or More a DAY in just a few hours working from your Own Home!
We are a local company that buys houses in the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas.
We are looking for someone to find and call offline and online "Home For Sale By Owner" advertisements in order to complete a simple, one page Property Information Sheet.
Specifically, we are looking for a person that will do the following:
* Search for "Home For Sale By Owner" advertisements online and offline
* Call "Home For Sale By Owner" advertisements and complete a simple one page Property Information Sheet.
All candidates must have the following:
1. Very fluent in Speaking English
2. Have excellent phone skills - be a good listener and be able to show empathy over the phone
3. Like talking to people about their house for sale
4. Able to encourage people to provide information about their house for sale
5. Able to turn in a minimal performance per week of at least 15 completed Property Information Sheets
6. Be able to search online (using the "real estate for sale my owner" (or similar) sections of the free online classified ad sites, such as craigslist.com, adoos.com, backpage.com, kijiji.com, etc.) and offline (newspapers, yard signs, etc.) for "For Sale By Owner" ads, and keep track of those you called for later follow-up, if necessary
7. Knowledge of gmail, and general ability to use windows based software.
8. Have High-Speed internet access
We will provide scripts and training on all procedures.
NOTE: You MUST be able to make phone calls from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM Monday through Friday. If you can not consistently make calls during this time, please do NOT apply for this position.
We pay per completed Property Information Sheet, which should take approximately 3 to 5 minutes each to complete.
